Life Unexpected {Alexandria}

Roxy had been on vacation from work for a while now, enjoying her time with her friends - mainly Amelia - and now it was time to get back to work. Slipping into her uniform, Roxy said goodbye to her father who was also just heading off to work for the day. Unknown to her there would be an life unexpected surprise awaiting her at work. She hadn't known that her boss had hired another waitress while she was gone and someone she knew too. From her past nonetheless.

Alexandria Montgomery. A hunter she had met and helped track down a werewolf who - Roxy - at the time hadn't known it was a werewolf she wanted tracking or perhaps she wouldn't have helped her out with it. It depended. If this werewolf were dangerous and harming others then yes, absolutely. Otherwise, definitely not.

Pulling up to her work in her car, she got out, locked it up, and went inside to bring her purse and other belongings like her jacket to the back room where all other employees kept there stuff. That's when it happened. The unexpected life changing event.

Feeling so faithless, lost under the surface

Alexandria had been on the run for a little over a month now. Well more like hiding then on the run. And getting a job in Beacon Hills had been one thing she needed to survive, not just for money but also to get out of her apartment and be around people. Though it was still hard being around people now that she was a werewolf. All of her senses were better then they used to be which is why she picked waitressing. She figured she would figuratively kill 2 birds with one stone by making money but also being around a lot of people which had actually helped her learn how to control her senses better. At least thats what she had been hoping for. So far it had helped, but she still had times when she couldn't control her hearing or the smells  got to be too much for her. Usually when that happened she would take a break and go outside and just stay out there until it passed.

Of course today was going to be different. She had only found out about a few days ago that one of the other waitresses would be back from vacation. Once Alexandria had learned it was Roxy, someone she had meet briefly, she had been shocked. She didn't know if Roxy would recognize her or anything, but it always was a possibility seeing as she hadn't changed much in the last few years other then being bitten. She was in the back room getting ready for her shift when she heard a car outside. Hearing a car wasn't odd or anything, but the fact that the car seemed to be where the employes parked sort of clued her in that it was probably Roxy. She glanced back at the door before looking back in front of her and putting her purse into the small locker that all the workers had for personal belongings. She heard the door open behind her and turned and watched as Roxy came into the room.

As the other woman turned towards Roxy, she found herself stopping cold in her tracks, shock shown on her face as her eyes went wide. Then she had a sudden flashback of a few years back where she'd met Alex then helping her track down her so-called uncle or whatever when it'd actually been a werewolf. She snapped out of it, wondering what Alex was doing here then noted the uniform. She must've been the new waitress. Obviously. It was just so strange though. Their lives had been so different a few years back and now here they were again standing before each other.

"Alex," She finally spoke, just above a whisper. Her shocked expression suddenly changed as she broke out into a big smile, stepping forward and carefully placing her arms around the other girl for a hug. Regardless, she was happy to see her again when she never thought she would. It's like she had up and vanished into thin air. What had happened? She wish she knew. She might've been a witch but she couldn't read minds. She was no psychic.
