His pain was a firework blooming in the sky. It exploded at the ankle that was caught between the big, immovable boulders and flared up his long limb, flickering up into his groin and belly.
No matter the species, wolf or man, pain was pain, and this one was so intense the male could neither see nor think straight. He was a helpless puppy in the dirty kennel at the pet store. He was the helpless young boy caught between the wall and the grown male coming at him with a broken beer bottle.
The female slowly made her way closer to the trapped Omega, but he couldn't see her through the vibrant crimson in his eyes as he wiggled to get unstuck and only did more harm than get any closer to sweet freedom. The flesh at his ankle was ragged and bleeding profusely and the bone protruded through the skin.
The howls grew louder as he realized he was a fly a rocky spider's web and could do nothing but watch the Alpha growl and reach out for him.
He froze in place at her warning growl for survival instinct overrode the urge to fight. If he did not get free he could die here, and Jamie wanted to live...
A loud wail echoed in the night when the limb was pulled free from its prison and the male fell backwards; tumbling down the rocks to the bottom of the quarry.
Head spinning and foot hanging at an awkward angle, Jamie reached out for Sky desperately, and then the pain, nausea, and dizziness took him into the darkness.

you think you know me, but you don't know me!
She wasn't expecting him to fall unconscious, but after what had happened to him, and what he was suffering from a few seconds ago--she wasn't that surprised. Though it made the job that much harder to do, considering she now had to carry him home in order for her family to treat the wounds properly. She groan thinking of the excuse she had to use in order to explain the ruined clothes, and unconscious boy.
She shook her head fighting it off as she was their Alpha, so no matter what they wouldn't question her--then again--they were her brothers too, so she wouldn't be that surprised if they did. She lifted him as much as she could against her body trying to support him, and it was at this moment that she was glad to have werewolf powers instead of a normal teenage girl.
She was also glad that there wasn't that many people out of at night, but she ducked around whatever shadows she could drag her and they boy into. She looked sourly at the unconscious boy knowing that he would probably owe her big time in dragging his unconscious as back to her home, and also for treating the wounds that he had gained tonight.
Though it wouldn't be as bad as soon as she walked through the door with him, the first one to always notice was Shane, thankfully it seemed that Silas was off again, so she didn't worry too much about that. Most of the time he had been going to the clubs for a while, but for what she wasn't sure, and didn't concern herself in too much.
Shane only looked at her dumbfounded before asking her who and why she was carrying an unconscious person against her. She merely grumbled her answer before setting him on one of the couches, she turned to her brother looking at him with those eyes that seem to hit him every time. He shook his head with a curse, and went off in search for some medical supplies.
Skyler left to treating the wound to the professional, meaning her brother Shane as she went to get herself cleaned up, throwing away the tattered remains of her clothes, and showering off the blood. She placed on a new set of clothes that looked similarly like her last set, but it was of different color. She went back down the stairs of the large house to find that Shane was finished patching his ankle and whatever wounds Sky had given up.
Skyler looked at Shane, but he didn't seem anger or shocked by this whole deal, he merely looked at her with a smile before stating that he would get them all something to eat. Skyler nodded before taking a seat where Shane had been sitting when he was binding his wounds, and she just sat there patiently until the boy would wake up.
you think you own me, but you can't control me!

Jamie was lost somewhere in his subconscious; a helpless body floating in an angry sea, pitching with the waves and struggling to see past the black waters as well as to stay afloat. Somewhere in the distance there was a light, but he was hesitant to swim there, for along with the white light of consciousness there was a monster called pain that had twenty heads and flailing arms with daggers for fingers.
Quite the subconscious imagination this boy had...
It was not his own will that dragged him from that pitching sea but the sensation of bright eyes boring through him, and a power that radiated out of the female that though he did not understand, he could feel. This was to be his Alpha. The one that might help him pound the wily wolf into submission.
Jamie came awake with a growl of pain as he bolted upright on the sofa and though his body ached with a thousand pins and needles, his mismatched eyes instantly found the girl who watched him from the opposite end of the sofa.
"The FUCK are you? What the...." Jamie shook his head to try and clear the haze that still lingered there and looked down at his sorry state. Reaching out, he gingerly touched the ankle that was bound but still bleeding, and the rips and tears that covered his torso and arms. "What the hell happened? Did you hit me with your car?!"

you think you know me, but you don't know me!
Even when her brother tried to give her something to eat, she wouldn't take it--she didn't want it. Perhaps it was an Alpha thing--that was left to be said as she watched over the young man. At best, even jump he did in his sleep every little movement he did kept her on edge making sure he was alright. When was the last time she felt this unease in her stomach when it seemed that they were fighting for their life.
She did once when it was still them in Scotland--when they still had more people in their pack than just them--when her father was still alive. A young omega had done the same mistake of attacking her father, but unlike the young man sleeping in front of her--this one had passed on no matter how they tried to save him. Skyler was there the whole time--helping--watching, but could not help save the young man in the least bit as she hoped to.
Then there it was--a growl of pain as her eyes that were fixated on her hands shot up to look at the young man, he seem to be okay--alive. He looked at her, then looked at his bloodied ankle actually touching it, and Skyler shook her head as a warning growl came over her. "Idiot don't touch it--you'll just make it worse--you're lucky that I just didn't leave you there to bleed out...."
"The FUCK are you? What the...."
Did he not understand what was happening right now? Or could not simply remember it. Whichever it was Skyler merely raised a slender brow watching his reactions for whatever information she could get out of him. She grew impatient though, "do you not remember a single thing that had happened to you?"
"What the hell happened? Did you hit me with your car?!"
Skyler scoffed at the accusation, "oh yes I indeed hit you with my car.... What fucking car--I have no fucking car to hit you with it!" She shook her head trying to control her emotions making sure her blood red eyes didn't show as she looked at him once more, "you have no recollection of what happened to you tonight?"
"Not of when you were at the park?
She waited before speaking again, "you do not remember blacking out?"
She waited once more before gravely adding the last two questions, "you do not remember transforming or attacking me?"

He was the one in some serious pain and yet, the girl looked as if she was ready to rip the head clean off his shoulders. Jamie was so hard-headed he narrowed his miss-matched eyes angrily at the teenager, even though he was mentally wincing inside. Call it natural animal instinct trying it's best to overrule the stupid tenacious human reaction. He could not ignore her demand to leave the limb be though. It might have been that whole Alpha authority thing but more likely it was simple common sense. The ankle hurt like freaking hell!
She asked him if he remembered anything, to which Jamie calmly shook his head 'no' in response, but when she yelled at him for not knowing she didn't have a car and then accused him of not remembering anything it was time to get mad.
He leaned toward her as much as he could without shifting the ankle; his eyes aglow with barely contained rage. "I DON'T REMEMER THE PARK! I DON'T REMEMBER BLACKING OUT! THATS WHY IT'S CALLED A FUCKING BLACK OUT!"
He was yelling back at her and he was NOT backing down. Until...until she mentioned attacking her and what? Transforming?
Jamie's face screwed up in confusion and he shrank back into the couch. It was not the first time he'd lost consciousness and come to covered in blood; the only difference was the person he'd apparently attacked was sat right in front of him. Thank the heavens. Usually he reckoned he'd killed them judging by the blood and tissue that coated him.
"Did I....did I hurt you?" His voice was a husky whisper as his multi-colored orbs darted over her seemingly uninjured form. "What do you mean transform?"

you think you know me, but you don't know me!
She waited for him to speak, but instantly started to regret it when he spoke back at her, and it took a lot of her nerves not to be shot by his yelling. She took note that Shane was standing at the doorway towards the kitchen as he seem to straighten and even gave a low growl meant for the person in front of her, and Skyler placed her hand up, "calm down Shane...."
"I DON'T REMEMBER THE PARK! I DON'T REMEMBER BLACKING OUT! THATS WHY IT'S CALLED A FUCKING BLACK OUT!"
That made Shane roll his eyes, "what she meant to say do you remember anything before the black out happened?" Skyler glared at Shane, "Shane, seriously--why don't you go and get something for him to eat huh? I'm sure he's confused enough as it is, and I don't need you losing your temper over something as small as this."
He looked ready to say something, but Shane merely shook head and waved her off before walking back into the kitchen, leaving her attention back on Jamie. She nodded, "as Shane said--that is what I meant, I'm sorry if I've only confused you more, but it's not every day you see an omega out to kill someone--I've only witnessed it once, and it didn't end well."
"Did I....did I hurt you?"
Skyler raised a brow before shrugging, "a few scratches here or there, a did a number on me--though as you can see--" she waved her hand around her own body. The wounds were long gone by now, it only would take a bit longer for his own to heal, "my wounds are gone--great deal when being an Alpha, but since you got the wounds from my hand--they'll take longer to heal."
"What do you mean transform?"
Skyler placed her head into her hands as she thought this out, "alright--by transformation--I mean just that, you--my dear little pup--are a werewolf. I don't know how long you've been one, but--you are indeed a were." She looked at him, there was no way he'd believe her, and so she merely just shook her head, "whatever you do--don't freak out."
She looked at him as she closed her eyes, and when she looked at him again--her bones once again did that crunching noise as it reformed. Her canines grew out as the tips were poking out from her lips, her brow seem to jut out as her face was contorted to resemble that of a werewolf. She stared at Jamie waiting to see his reaction, and waited to see what she could do with that reaction.

Jamie heard the guttural growl come from the guy in the doorway and instantly shot him a threatening glance. Between both he and the girl they might have him by the short hairs thanks to his fucked up ankle and lack of memory, but he sure as hell wasn't the kind of male that sat around while people growled at him and...well...whatever the hell he was doing here.
Shane tried to explain what she'd meant but all Jamie was hearing was blah, blah, blah, and when the younger of the pair told him to back down and go get some food, Jamie actually smirked; though the expression was anything but playful.
"Yeah, Shane, why don't you do that. And I'll take a beer on the side." The voice that came out of the werewolf as growly as hell.
He stared the elder guy down until he disappeared into the kitchen, refocusing on the female as she went on about Omega's and killing someone...which didn't help his confusion, thank you very much.
That bemusement grew more intense, as did his impatience, when she told him about her wounds and his. Okay, now he was beginning the think he must not be the only one on drugs here because what the FUCK was she talking about?!
Werewolf? Oh yeah. She was definately off her rocker. When she told him not to freak out he only shook his head, "Yeah, right," and went to push himself up off the couch...
But then she caught him in her gem-colored stare and it was as if he couldn't move. Jamie fell back into the cushions and watched with a kind of eerie detachment as the bones in her face shifted into something canine, and fangs sprouted out of her gums. She was indeed a...werewolf.
He blinked those miss-matched eyes; one bright blue the other a milky white hue, and didn't speak. Just took it all in.
'Taking it all in' lasted a good two minutes or so of awkward silence as his eyes darted from her face to her bloody, but unwounded body to his own leg and back again.
And then he just shook his head. "Just because you're a freak doesn't mean I am..." Jamie said harshly, and his eyes dropped to his lap. "I mean I am but I'm not..." he shook his head again in doubt, his voice growing quiet. "This isn't real. This has got to be one of the most fucked up drugged out dreams I've ever had."
Of course, he didn't believe it. He was a drunk and a drug-user and he knew that werewolves and unicorns weren't real.

Yeah, Shane, why don't you do that. And I'll take a beer on the side."
Skyler waited till he was done before folding her arms and shaking her head. She knew some people didn't realize they were werewolves back in their birth home. However, she never met someone like this boy before.
He lacked--discipline as her father would put it. Someone that could possibly be either bark or bite--or even both. Though possibly in Shane's eyes, this kid was no doubt just bark, and no bite at all.
Then again--Shane wasn't the one that got attacked by him....
When she said for him not to freak out, he only just ignored what she was saying with a yeah and a right. Though as soon as she showed him her true appearance--he freaked out. Okay it wasn't as bad as some, but seriously?
"Just because you're a freak doesn't mean I am..."
Skyler raised a brow, "you know--my boyfriend was a lot easier to tell than you. He took it without freaking out, then again--his best friend is a werewolf...."
"I mean I am but I'm not...."
"What that you're a freak or that you're not a werewolf...."
"Then again--you just said you're a freak, so either you're meaning you're a mega freak, or you still don't seem to get you're a werewolf."
"This isn't real. This has got to be one of the most fucked up drugged out dreams I've ever had."
Skyler huffed a sigh looking at him, "breathe pup--we don't need you having a heart attack.... Like you'd get one anyways...."
"Where the hell is Shane with my beer?"
Skyler raised a brow, "seriously? You're worried about beer? I mean I'm Scottish, but you don't see me drinking do you?"
She turned her head towards the door, "you--might want to duck...."
As soon as she said those words Shane came in with a tray, and a sour face. He held the boy's beer in his hand as it tossed--not too lightly towards the boy. "here's your damn beer...."
Skyler sighed as she spoke again, "how did Dad stand this?"
