Why you want to work at Cake and Bake:Emma is a true lover of sweets. Although a disaster in the kitchen, she really wants to learn to bake. During the interview, she would most likely completely murder (and not in a good way)the process, make a mess, and burn the cupcakes but she would be 100% dedicated to it, clumsy floured limbs and all. Maybe that would be enough for Karlie to be endeared by her and let her work the counter and take her under her wing for baking lessons... maybe... just maybe?

Why you want to work at Cake and Bake: I want to work here because of my passion for cooking and all things sugar related. I've long since wanted a chance to put my knowledge to use, and this is one of the best ways I can think of doing so.

Why you want to work at Cake and Bake: Who wouldn't want to learn under the fantabulous Karlieann Rhys that the town talks so highly about. Need I say more? I have  a secret love for baking... red velvet cakes and red velvet cupcakes are what I enjoy baking the most and who doesn't love to work near coffee and baked goodies! I think I may make a good addition to your staff and am very flexible when it comes to what needs to be done.

Why you want to work at Cake and Bake: Skyler is the only girl in the family, unfortunately that also made her the only cook in the family as well. Skyler does have a love for cooking, but baking is one of the best things in her life. Her devil's food cake is to die for at her house, and her cookies have always been soft and easily chewable from years of practice in the kitchen.
