She made a show of thinking whether she should take the speakers or not, but it was obvious she was going to take them regardless of quality at that point. Raven gave him another of her mischievous grins as he had been right. "And here I thought you were all brawn and no brain! You catch on quick! And hey, if the sound does suck, I can just turn around and sell them. I win either way."
She stopped talking when she caught him glaring at her, and her smile faded when she noticed the hatred in his eyes, even in the dull light. Her tail drooped some, and for a moment she looked as if she was either hurt at the notion of such blatant hatred or was showing fear for the first time of his rage.
Of course, it was neither.
Raven narrowed her eyes and made an angry face right back at him in pure mockery, before breaking into a grin again and doing a little playful hop off of the sofa, after which she did a little run and skip back into the kitchen where she opened his fridge for the third time that evening and snagging the bag of apples with her tail. "A little snack for the road, wouldn`t want a girl to go hungry, would ya?" She then closed the fridge door and turned and faced him, and with mock bow, which she did with a flourish, she said, "and with that, I`ll leave you to stew in that unhealthy anger of yours. And you should probably do something about this mess, girls don`t like an untidy house." She gave a charming smile, as if she hadn`t been the cause of this mess, and teleported her second handful of pilfered goods out of the apartment.
As if to really rub it in that she had just gotten away with robbing him right in front of him, she paid him one last visit, appearing suddenly behind him and giving him a great big hug like he was her bestest buddy in the whole wide world. "Thanks for the new TV and stuff!" Then, with a final flash of black smoke, she was gone.
