Jarrett had a text conversation with his sister about how everything has been, but things didn’t seem too pleasing. Everything was falling apart so it seemed and wasn’t as it once was. His brother has a baby that she is caring for and he has been on a drunken bender while his sister runs Sophia’s and now one has put him in his place yet as far as Jarrett knows. He thought that maybe it was time for him to head home. Well it wasn’t exactly HIS home, but it was where his family was currently staying after the passing of their aunt. He had been taking care of things all over the world traveling the globe, but he wasn’t exactly like his family either. He was the black sheep and didn’t follow said code that most of them did when it came to creatures. Even the sweetest cute and cuddly kitten could become a killer given the right circumstances so he himself doesn’t trust any creature. He didn’t think the family should either.
He has been studying them all the ones he can find and kept detailed records. He was a bit of a researcher and who knows if he continued with schooling maybe he could have found the cure for cancer. He thinks creatures are the world’s worst cancer and kill them and maybe things will get better. He hoped that was the case. He hoped he could continue his journey of discovery in Beacon Hills. He has heard it has become a kind of hot spot.
It took him nearly a week to get home since the text conversation to Chey. No one though he’d come home and that is how he wanted it. It wasn’t his home. Perhaps home is where the family is. He didn’t know. He slept in some dive motels or even camped out in the desert. He was one that in a pinch knew how to survive in the great out doors. It was a grand adventure and he’d probably tell his sister one day she should spread her wings and fly and find out what life means. She shouldn’t have to take care of their brother baby.
She was still in School and didn’t need that added pressure on her plate. Why their father hasn’t kicked his ass yet was beyond him. He would surely put that boy in his place. He needed a good talking and maybe smack upside the head. He hasn’t decided yet. He’d stay as long as he was needed. He needed to help straighten the mess that his family was in out. What would they do if Chey went off to college next year? Who’d take care of the baby? Ryder needed to get his d&*^ out of his arse and step up his game before the tide rises too high and crashes down smothering him to death. It will happen. It so will happen. He had made it to Beacon Hills and the place didn’t seem too bad. He may have came here once or twice when he was younger with their father. He doesn’t remember. It would be in his journals if he had.
He parked his SUV in that was caked in dirt from head to toe and was in a serious need of a car wash in front of Sophia’s anyone could tell he liked to play rough and rough it outside under the nights blissful sky with stars twinkling above. It was glorious… Hopefully they didn’t see him as the tree hugger type, because he surely wasn’t a tree hugger. He was just and outdoors man and loved nature. That didn’t make him a tree hugger or a hippie did it? He didn’t care anyway people could think and whisper what they want. He’d shrug it off as if it were water and he was taking a shower with natures tears. People were entitled to their thoughts. He had slipped threw the doors of Sophia’s, and grinned he saw his little sister at the bar.
She was beginning to look more and more like Samara daily. (not sure if he’d know, she was Samara’s or not assuming not) It was so cute when sisters look similar, but he could tell it was Chey. He had snuck up behind her, and placed his hands over her eyes. It looked as if she may have been doing homework or perhaps helping with the bars books to notice she was being snuck up upon. Hell who would think they’d be snuck up upon in a hunters bar to begin with anyways. It would be suicide, but a cheeky grin sprawled upon his lips as he whispered in her ear. “You’re dead.”Was all he had said to her. He wanted to see if she’d figure out who it is. He didn’t know if she had any boy toy. He was sure boys and even girls were lining up around the block to get a piece of her.
